Who we are.

Patrizia Napoli is a profound expert of the world of language services and a self-employed professional translator. Before founding Language Box in 2016, the first consulting company of its kind, she was in charge of corporate and language services.

Her core competencies include the development and establishment of in-house language departments. Another focus is the optimization and automation of language processes and the standardization of corporate languages.

Among other things, Patrizia Napoli directs workshops for language technology applications and is active as an expert speaker in the language services sector.

At Language Box, Nicole Fellmann is the expert for concepts with a focus on terminology as well as in consulting. With her versatile language skills, she also brings a great linguistic and cultural understanding to her work.

As part of the Applied Languages program at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, which she successfully completed in 2019, she deepened her knowledge in the areas of terminology, CAT tools, respeaking and audiovisual translation.

In addition to her work at Language Box, Nicole Fellmann works as an interpreter. She interprets police interviews and court hearings from German into Spanish and vice versa at the offices of the Department of Justice and Security and the courts in Lucerne.
